Why Am I Having Headache And Nose Bleeding After Taking Adderall And Tylenol?

Hi, I am 16 years old and tried adderall for the first time today at 4pm and then once again at 8 to study and at approx. 10 I developed a light headache for which i took two tylenol 500s. Right now it is 1:30 am and i have a nosebleed is this in any way serious ? thank you

I SUGGEST YOU WITH EXTREME CAUTION NOT TO USE THESE DRUGS IN FUTURE AGAIN AS IT CAN HAVE DELETERIOUS EFFECTS LIKE DELIRIUM,HEMODYNAMIC ABNORMALITIES ETC.AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE YOU ARE MORE PRONE TO DEVELOP ABUSE POTENTIAL LIABILITY..SO DEVELOP POSITIVE THINKING AND ENERGY TO COMBAT DAILY STRESSORS OF LIFE.MY BEST WISHES.THANK YOU
