Hi,
Your symptoms suggest that you could be into early labor. Increased frequency of the bowel is a sign of prostaglandin release that occurs before the onset of labor. As you are already dilated, you should get medical assistance now to monitor the progress. Maturity is not a problem as the baby is already term. Please take adequate fluids and avoid taking heavy solid diet; eat something light and easily digestible. Rest in the left lateral position, watch for any vaginal discharge and radiation of the pain to the thighs. Wish you safe motherhood.
