Why Am I Feeling Weak?

my name is usman. sir i feel weakness for almost 4 days. i check my reports i.e Blood c p and urine. i saw that i have PLT cell 122000 and LYMPHOCYTE is 45.8% in my blood. i am taking medicine "nise,and liquid vitamins B complex"
my bio data is as under
age 28 year 9 month
height 6 feet
weight 65 to 70
i am medically fit.

If you are medically fit then why you need to check your blood / Urine test.
and why you need to Tab Nise and how much amount in a day .
tab Nise is not Nice in simple word.It contain Nimesulide ,Due to concerns about the risk of hepatotoxicity, nimesulide has been withdrawn from market in many countries including USA , UK, Australia .and available in France, Portugal, Greece, Switzerland, Belgium, Russia Thailand and Brazil.
So in my advice IF YOU ARE HEALTHY NEVER TAKE ANY MEDICINE except Vitamins.
If you are suffering from fever then take Paracetamol
If you are suffering from Pain then take declofenac or Paracetamol.
Now come to Platelet which is 122000 ( normal human platelet count ranges from 150,000 to 450,000 platelets per microlitre of blood)-Thrombocytopenia. If you are suffering from Viral Fever it may occurs repeat Platelet after 2 days.
Dehydration, Vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency are also caused low platelet count.
Lymphocyte Normal range is 18 to 44
so no need to panic repeat your CBC after 2 days if still trombocytopenia and lymphocyte kindly check
Vitamin B12 and Vitamin 25 OH level. and upload all data in details like
Total count / Diffrencial count and MCV MCH MCHC etc
