Why Am I Experiencing Pain In Ankle Which Was Broken 3 Years Ago?
Hi I broke my foot 3 years ago, but to this day I can't bend my ankle to the sides, I can move it up and down but can tilt it to the sides and sometimes I get I get pain in it where it takes a few minutes to be able to walk on it. Why after all this time should it still hurt ??

You seem to be suffering from post traumatic arthritis, meaning degeneration of the ankle joint cartilage after injury.
It commonly occurs when after the fracture the broken bone fragments are not accurately reduced.
Kindly get an xray done and get it evaluated by an orthopedician.
