Why Am I Experiencing Bloating In Stomach, Nausea And Weird Smell In Urine?

I have a bloating/pressure feeling in my stomach that has been coming around for a couple of weeks now and I'm nauseated a lot of the time. My urine smells weird but there is no burning or urgency when I pee. I've taken a pregnancy test and it's negative but this feeling in my stomach is too much to ignore.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to bedue to the infectionin the intestines, and eating the fish over the infection which may cause the smell of the urine, and may increase the bloating of the intestines.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, omeprazole, and domperidone.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
