Hi, I had a surgical abortion 3 weeks ago, I was 8 weeks into my pregnancy when I had the procedure. Cramping stopped after a week but the bleeding was consistent and light, I m still spotting very lightly till today. I took all the antibiotics and started the pill a day after the procedure, I was also treated for chlamydia approximately 2-3 weeks before my abortion. I had intercourse with my partner yesterday and had cramps and burning afterwards. We also had intercourse today, I havnt had any cramps yet but I am burning down there! Sometimes when I d have a UTI it would burn after sex or peeing after sex but now it just burns so much more and it s not going away. I m scared there may be a complication with my abortion, I don t want to go to my doctor for this it was already hard enough getting her to refer me to a clinic. Please help me!
