Why Am I Still Producing Milk After Stopping Breastfeeding ?

My son is 2 years 5 mnths old and I have stopped breastfeeding him since he was 1 1/2 year. But if my breast press into something or i press my nipples milk would come out...sometimes a lot and other very little. why is that?

Problem you describe is quite common though a galactocoele should be ruled out. In fact, even years after stoppage of lactation, milk discharge can occur. Please self-examination to see if there is a lump. You may also consult a general surgeon.
