General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the intense pain in the pelvis with associated urinary tract infection may be a pelvic inflammatory condition, calculus or other issues.

There is a definite need for evaluation with the ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis to find out the cause and manage in accordance with that.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
