Why Am I Not Experiencing Any Pregnancy Symptoms During Pregnancy?

I am 5 weeks pregnant today, and not really feeling any symptoms. My heart seems to be beating 'harder'; that is, I can really feel it beating, but my resting pulse is no higher than 60 (I am usually at 52-56). Should I be concerned that I am not feeling any symptoms yet?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have no symptoms at all despite of being pregnant.
It can be due to late conception also.
All you need to do is get a pelvic ultrasound after 1 week to see for fetal wellbeing and gestational age.
In case you have further questions you can consult me on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help
