How many children do you have. You could be having problem in your uterus like fibroid or adenomyosis which can cause severe pain during menses. You can taken pain killer muscle relaxant like T.Meftal spas for relief from the pain under medical supervision. Consult a Gynaecologist to rule out such disorders by thorough checkup and required tests. Drink plenty of water. Take rest for now.
