Why Am I Having Skin Irritation Without Any Visible Signs ?

I had posted before about having a skin burning irritation on my back near my armpit. I was told that it might be a fungal infection or an allergy . But im confused on why my skin has no visual change over the last 5-6 days but it still feels irritated. Its funny because if it was red or something i would feed that would be a normal response.

According to your complaint...,
* Skin burning on back near armpit area...,
burning sensation commonly seen in Irritant Dermatitis...
for this use 1) Calamine lotion in morning application.....
Betamethasone and gentamycin cream in night ....
application....
2) Tab. Levocetrizine 5 mg daily night ...for 10 days...
* Fungal infection commonly seen in skin folds like Groin areas, axilla ...
areas (wet areas)...
1) Clean and dry the area with Clotrimazole dusting powder..
2) Terbinafine cream....2 times daily applications...
3) Ketaconazole tab....200 mg for 7 days...will give good result.....
*Hence diagnose the problem ...use accordingly......good luck..,
