Why Am I Having Really Bad Headaches, Blurred Vision Along With Light And Sound Issues That Causes Difficulty In Sleeping And Eating?

I am having really bad headaches. My head feels like its in between a rubber band. My vision is kind of blurred and wavy. Light and sound are a big problem. I can t sleep or eat. The headaches last longer than 4 hours per day. What do you suggest?
