Dear Anonymous,
Backpain related to coughing, sneezing, lauging etc. related to problems of the lungs and/ ribs and surrounding tissues. It can also be due to cervical spondilitis.Kindly get your chest X-ray PA and X-ray cervical spine AP/Lateral done and get back to me.In the meantime take Tab.Flanzen-D twice daily with Tab.Palitex 1 at night.

is it a localized pain or is it pinpoint.
is there a lump which can be felt.
if yes do frictional massage on tat area.
consult a physio for details of frictional massage.
try using physio modality called ultrasound to that area.
back manipulation/ mobilization can help.
