Pain in left side in ovary region could be due to infection;calculus in urinary track;cyst in ovary ;colitis etc so in any case a Ultrasound will be helpful in getting proper diagnosis done.Once you find the cause it will be easier to get treated.So please consult a doctor & get a ultrasound & the other required investigations done.
