Why Am I Having Nose Bleeds In Chest Infection?
I am on antibiotics for a chest infection and have had a nose bleed is this to do with antibiotics? I am bringing up green sticky phlym with no cough at all and have very pain full chest and at the top of my back with a burning sensation and a lot of wheezing.

You probably are suffering from severe allergic diathesis which may have been exacerbated due to some infection.
The infection generally affects the airways which start form the nose upto the lungs and hence the same infection can cause bleeding through the nose.
Another possibility is that you have some sneezing or runny nose which can also cause some bleeding if tried to clean the nose violently
