Why Am I Having Chronic Migraines, Dizziness, Balance Issues?

white brain matter on mri, chronic migraines, dizziness, balance issues, problem s with vision at time s inflamed mastoid weight gain, this all started in 2010 from having a tube put in left ear to balance the pressure, this has taking over my life in a big way, can no longer work nor can I get anyone to really figure this out and why these things are happening to me, PLEASE GOD! some take a chance on me and help me get at least part of my life back I beg you. Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms could be related to chronic inflammation, related to the inner ear infection. Temporal arteritis can not be excluded either.

For this reason, I would recommend performing inflammation tests (PCR, ESR, etc).

Oral steroids may be needed.
