Hi,
Head injury always considered an emergency in medicine unless prooved otherwise.
You must undergo thorough investigations like CT-Brain or even MRI.
The result will tell us that your symptoms has got any relevance to your fall or no?

Dear Bella,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.

The symptoms of internal head injury are

1. Loss of consciousness
2. Vomiting
3. Convulsions ( Fits)
4. ENT Bleeding
5. Severe continous headache and giddiness

Since you do not have these symptoms, the chance of internal head injury is less

So do not worry.
