Why Am I Feeling Uncomfortable After Skipping?

I m 14 weeks post op. Have been exercising at the gym since the beginning of June - weight class and yoga class a few times a week. Been going good for the most part, I skipped a few times when I was feeling uncomfortable in my abdominal area. Tonight I bent over to pick up a ball for my dog, and it felt a pull just above my navel. It scared me. Now I m laying down. Should I be concerned? I m not in pain, but am worried of using my abdominal muscles right now.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.You are 14 weeks post-op. You would have written about which surgery you have undergone.
The most probable reason for the sensation you got is due to development of an Incisional Hernia. The pull on the intestine and mesentery causes feeling of a pull in the area just above the naval.
