Why Am I Feeling Pressure On The Left Side Of My Chest ?
I am a 50 year old male I have normal blood pressure and cholesterol levels and am not overweight (5 7 and 135lbs) For around 5 months I have had a feeling of pressure on the left side of my chest . There is no pain at all , no shortness of breath and no other symptoms whatsoever. Does anyone have an answer or suggestion.

there are other causes for chest tightness apart from myocardial problem .it may be asthma or anxiety or bronchitis . so consult your physician about it and get evaluated.
