General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
You mentioned that you were a patient of typhoid , malaria and amoebic ( amoeba) .
Doctor advised oflonida ( ofloxacin + ornidazle ) for dual purposes , both for typhoid and amoeba.
As these both drugs produces hyper acidity , nausea , vomiting , anorexia ,abdominal discomfort .
When such type of patient visit my clinic I advise them to take antacid ( having oxetacaine is the best ) 2-3 TSF on empty stomach for 4-5 days.
But if symptoms are severe ( as may be in your case ) take pantaloc-d one or two in day for 7-10 days .
Avoid pizza, burger , fried food , red chilles , drinks with caffeine in them (excessive tea) .
You will get relief within a short period.
Hope this will help you.
Good luck.
