Why Am I Feeling Dizzy After Hitting My Head On A Floor?
Last Saturday night I slipped and hit my head very hard directly on a concrete floor. It hurt and I was dizzy for a minute but then fine. A few days later I started getting dizzy spells, feel like everything is just shaking for a minute. I feel off...should I see a dr? Could this be from the fall and will eventually go away or should I worry about more serious damage? Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, ideally head injury need to be taken seriously and it need to be brought to investigation because anything could happen at anytime, if you feel dizzy then better to got for imaging study and CT brain is advisable, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
