Why Am I Feeling Bloated After Breast Reduction And Tummy Tuck Surgery?

Hi! I'm 4.5 weeks post breast reduction and tummy tuck surgery. My recovery has been quite remarkably great, particularly both breasts. The abdomen has been a big of a tougher go though. The incision has been "spitting stitches" and I did have my surgeon aspirate just over 1/2 litre of fluid build up from the abdomen this past Thursday. Yesterday I became quite bloated and tonight it's still there and feels very firm to the touch. It doesn't hurt but is more uncomfortable than anything else. I do see my surgeon again on the 22nd so I hate to bother him if this isn't anything to be concerned about. It's just uncomfortable and pretty unsightly....
What do you think??

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
The reason for such failure of union may be due to the foreign body, nosocomial infection, etc.
I advise you to consult a general surgeon for diagnosis.
I advise you to have a culture and sensitivity of the discharge from the opening. And to have a C.T.scan for any foreign body.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
