Why Am I Experiencing Pain In My Stomach And Penis While Passing Urine ?

I have pain in my pelvis reigon after urination and it causes pinching in my stomach and penis..sometimes my penis also pains nut its very rare..i am 24 yeayrs of age and male..plz help me..

It suggests infection of urinary bladder ,get urine examination done & get a course of antibiotics under the supervision of doctor.
