Why Am I Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi, I had brown discharge during my 6th weeks of pregnancy my doctor told I might having a threatened miscarriage so she prescribed me utrogestan 200mg should take 3times a day orally or vaginally for 1 week. I took it orally. I was also given canesten due to infection for 3nights. The spotting stopped after but it came back again after few days with bright red discharge. I was now clear with the infection but my doctor advised to continue with utrogestan and up until now im still bleeding for 6days now. Im worried what is happening. Please advise.
