Why am I bleeding black after taking contraceptive pills ?

Sir, MY wife is 22 years old. Her last period on 07.03.2011. I had a sex with her on 15.03.2011. It was our first sex. She took emergency contraceptive pill for prevention of pregnancy within 46 hours. On 27 march , she feel heavy pain in abdomen and bleeding . After two days she was good. Now she is feeling pain and black blood come from her vagina(06.04.2011). Can you please tell me about the reason? What is the treatment? Thank you, Partha Halder

The bleeding and the irregular black blood which is coming from her vagina is due to the emergency contraceptive pills that she has taken as those pills contain hormone in high quantity. She might have late periods this month with intermittent spotting.
