Hi,
In the current scenario, though it is unlikely that you are pregnant in view of the several tests that you have already performed, it is ideal to go for the blood test to exclude/confirm pregnancy. You should also get a trans-vaginal sonogram to aid in the diagnosis and see a specialist for a physical exam and further evaluation. If pregnancy is excluded, you may need to be tested for the possibility of hormonal imbalance as the cause of the abnormal period. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
