Why I Am Having Painful Sex And Bleeding After Hysterectomy ?
52 years old had a hysterectomy painful sex and bleeding what is cuseing this I am 52 I had a full hysterectomy when I have sex its very painful and then I bleed its not real heavy .. what is going on with me ?

There must be trauma to the vaginal lining probably due to rough sex and/or menopausal thinning of the vaginal lining which may have caused the bleed. Also if there is any foul smelling discharge, itching you need to get evaluated for vaginal infections. Take plenty of water to avoid disturbing symptoms of a urinary tract infection, get examined by a Gynaecologist as soon as possible.

Since it is not a heavy bleeding so the reason may be a vaginal tear.The reason may be that because of hysterectomy there can be dryness and lack of natural lubrication so that can result in tear.Also if the pain during sex is external it can be due to dryness of vagina and if it is internal then you need to get examined by your doctor to rule out infection or inflammation of pelvis.
