Why I Am Feeling Tired, Have Heaviness In Head, Pain In Eyes And Unable To Concentrate?
hi Dr. For past 4-5 days I am feling heavyness in my head and now the eyes are paining. at times I feel, some kind of weight is lying over my head. I also fell the cotraction of the nerves in my head. Please help unable to concentrate and feeling tired. I have no problems with BP and I am vary happy go lucky person so no anxieties at all.

This is due to the less sleep or disturbed sleep, you need to be relax and take sufficient sleep of at least seven hours, watch for hypoglycaemia too, eat properly starvation could be the cause this will come around if take care of these things, have sound sleep, bye.
