Why 21 days old baby is swollen throughout ?

mt daughter is 21 days old,she is swollen throughout. she was delivered by lscs and preterm.on 10 th day sweeling started.dr said cholesterol incresed in blood and protein in urine . ultrasound normal.what is the problem

congenital nephrotic sundrome generally does not respond well to corticosteroid.prognosis not very good.take care
