White vaginal discharge, grey particles, not sexually active. Taking medication to rebalance ph. Cure?

After my period I used Rephresh to rebalance my ph. A couple days later I noticed a white discharge with clumps of gray in it, in my underwear. I am not having sex, so I could not have been pregnant or miscarried. Everywhere I read has said that gray clumps are from a miscarriage , but that would not be possible for me. So what are the gray clumps I found?
