White Thing Around The Penis, Dry Skin On The Penis, Pain. Reason?

So my thing started last Tuesday. At first my male gonads were dry and didn't think anything about till the next morning when I woke up to white stuff around the tip of my penis not on the head. After awhile the skin covered my penis and next thing you know it was sinative to walking it hurt brushing up on my underwear and it hurt to go to te bathroom because it burns Then I started to get this sinative dry skin around my penis at the base which hurts a lot I can't walk straight moving just hurts. And now my penis is oozing white stuff. I need help this hurts a lot

From the description you gave, your problem seems to be dry skin disease the genital area which is very common and not at all alarming. It is necessary to keep genital area moist always. Wash the area with mild moisturising soap and apply lacto calamine lotion. The white thing is mixture of semen, urine, dust particles nd some sweat and bacteria. Just wash it and it will go. If there is no change for three days, consult a dermatologist.
