White, Sticky Mucus From Nose, Clogged Nose, Taken Antibiotics. How To Get Rid Of This?

hi doctor.. am just concerned having a white sticky mucus from my nose (like a mozarella) after waking up in the morning and am still having a clogged nose. i had just finished my prescription from a 7 day course of antibiotics and anti allergy . please advise on how to get rid of this. it would be a great help if u can assist me on this. thanks a lot. noved

The white sticky mucous has to be completely expelled out.


Frequent steam inhalation may be helpful.

Avoid smoking, intake of cold fluids ,spicy foods.

Gargle frequently with lukewarm saline.

Cough expectorants has to be administered.
