White Spots On Face. Taking Perfectil. Is This Due To Vitamin Deficiency?

I had this white spots on my face during my childhood and teen phase. I am 29 y now and married, and I have travelled to the gulf area which is humid. & noticed that the white spots are appearing again in a very irritating way. I have searched about it and found out that lack of some vitamins & minerals can cause such symptoms. so I started taking "Perfectil" for skin, hair and nails. I am seeing some progress. can you tell me more about such condition? & the lack of which vitamins exactly could lead to such symptoms?

White spot on face is called as pityriasis alba.use a moisteriser regularly.apply flutivate over the patch. Use vitamin A supplementation, iron supplementation and a deworming agent.

the white spots on your skin could be due to environmental factors, stress, hormonal imbalance
most common is
1)Pityriasis Alba- rash of lighter skin that can spread across the face.Treatment is not necessary since the rash will fade away on its own, use a moisturizer, it will take a few months to heal.
2)fungal infections - white spots to appear and create a somewhat patchy effect. especially common in hot and humid climates treatment is antifungal creams
3)leprosy or vitiligo etc
if it is improving with multivitamins it might bebecause of deficiency of calciumand vitamin e
continue treatment for 3 month use moisturizer
