i am teen ,I had been going for coaching class . my place is near to equater , my skin has turned black before going to coaching class my skin was white , becuse of expousing my skin to sun it has turned black, my skin is sensitive i have so many black spots and pimple which has turned black .What do u suggest me to get back my whiye skin back

You need to use a umbrella/cap and long sleeved shirt to avoid exposure to direct sunlight as you are having solar dermatitis.Using a good sunscreen before going out in the sun will also help.The black spots and pimples can be treated by your doctor/Dermatologist who can guide you further.
