White Patches On Skin, Had Allergies. Used Black Herbal Mehendi. What Is Wrong?

Dear Sir, For last 1 month i saw few white patches on my skin. I m 45 years old and this happened after using Black Herbal Mehndi. Firstly i had allergies on some part of the face so i have stopped immediately but after 2-3 months , now I saw light & dark white patches on my face.It looks like a patch after burn.pl suggest.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

You might have developed a post inflammatory hypopigmentation.

The mehandi might have caused reaction leading to inflammation.

This has lead to hypopigmentation.

Treatment can be with steroids.

Oral as well as topical steroids can be used.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
