White, Occasional Yellowish Green Discharges, STD Ruled Out, Tests Showed Bacteria, RBC, No Relief With Medicines. Cause And Cure?

I m having a discharges.It like off white color and sometimes it will have a yellowish green color.I had a UA and nothing has found there for std but loaded of bacteria and red blood cells.I ve been to a doctor and gave me some medicine but still I have this discharges.What is really the problem?I don t know what to do?Tnx

Hi,
You definitely have an infection. Possibly a mixed infection but it should be confirmed by a swab test. The urinanalysis shows infection. But the vaginal infection can co-exist. You will need specific antibiotics for that infection, according to the swab test. Maintain good hygiene. Wash only with water. Start some probiotics.
