White Non-itchy Spots On Neck, Inner Thighs And Under Breast, Sweat A Lot In These Areas. Is It Vitiligo ?
Hi I m 26 yr old female... for about a year I ve had a white spot on my neck , now I ve had about 5 spots on my inner thighs and recently under my breast ... most of them are circular the size of a quarter, white and non itchy... I tend to sweat a lot in these areas does this have anything to do... I m very concerned it might be vitiligo

it appears that you are suffering from a fungal infection probably a dermatophyte
you need to apply an antifungal--- can try topical clotrimazole twice daily for a few weeks and see how it responds

hello mochoa951,
by the description u r telling it cannot be directly come to a conclusion that it is vitiligo, as the areas that u described are also prone to fungal infection (pityriasis versicolor). but again u say they are non itchy, have u done any treatment for the same? one cannot prescribe u or diagnose ur skin condition without clinical examination. it would be ideasl for u to visit a nearby dermatologist to check with.
