White Itchy Dots With A Reddish Background On Penis Skin Appeared After Unprotected Oral Sex
Hello. I had unprotected oral sex on the 4th of October. It was on 18th October that I started having a strange sensation(itchiness, pain)on the right side of my penis tip. I went to a doc on 30th of Oct and he prescribed terbiforce cream and bixigard tab for 10 days. Even after that the sensation didn't go. Also it increased everytime I rode my bike. I masturbated a few days back and felt a lot of pain on the following 3 days. The pain has subsided now but the itching and discomfort still remains. I can see a trail of minute white dots with a reddish background on the foreskin, right side and that is the origin of the itching and discomfort. I have also had my blood and urine test done on 15th nov and the results are negative for any std or sti. Is it enough time for it to get detected? what are those dots? Please help me out.
An yeast infection is quite common with oral sex and it can produce such symptoms of itching and discomfort for you. Rather than terbinafine, Clotrimazole or Micanazole creams or gel are good choice to treat Yeast infection along with oral Flucanazole tablets weekly once for three weeks. With inadequate treatment yeast will relapse. Diabetes has to be ruled out or has to be controlled tightly. Tablet Bixigard sometimes likely to flare up the yeast infection. Nothing serious and consult a Dermatologist,he/she will help you in this regard. Dr S.Murugan
