White Head On Vaginal Lip, Pus Oozing After Popping. Overweight. Is This The Cause For Concern?
I had a small white head on my vaginal lip...it's hard under the skin and when I popped it, white puss came out. I've had this before around my hip bone and they just seem to go away. I'm 6 ft tall and approx 220 lbs and 22 years of age...is this just a condition of being overweight or is it something I should be more concerned about?

The way you have described, it appears to be localized infection of skin gland. Agreed that such infections are more common with obesity, but it is not just a condition of being overweight. You need local antibiotic treatment to prevent it growing & spreading.
