White Discharge With Blood, Fishy Odor. Need Help

i am 29 y.o.i have a 1y.o daughter. during my pregnancy my dr.told me that she saw cysts on my right ovary . but she didnt give me any medicine for that because i was pregnant that time. after i gave birth my menstrual bleeding changed,it became less and i noticed some changes in my vaginal discharges.on the 5th to 12th days i have white discharge with little blood with fishy odor.pls help me..

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You better consult gynecologist once and get examined to rule out vaginal infection and any possibility of cervical lesions.
And go for ultrasound examination once to rule out the possibility of ovarian cysts.
The other possibilities of scanty menstrual bleeding can be excluded by this.
If after examination your doctor recommends you may need to go for hormonal evaluation.
