HELLO DOC,I am having this problem and i am very conscious about my penis being disturbed. I have research a lot on your website and concluded that i am suffering from disease.My penis is spitting whitish drops whether i am awake or sleeping and I am helpless to do anything. From your description, it does not sound serious.
It could just be smegma or urethral secretions.
