White bump on left of uvula, feeling like something struck, tonsils removed earlier. Recommendations?

I have a white bump to the left of my uvula. It makes me feel like there's something stuck in my throat. I've been feeling a little under the weather these past few days, but not full on sick. I had my tonsils removed Dec 31 2012, and havent had a sore throat since just recently. Will the bump go away on its own, or should i have it checked out?
