Whiplash and concussion, Burning sensation in limbs, face and scalp, pinched nerve

I was in a car accident 1 month ago and had whiplash and concussion . My face, scalp , arms, legs and the back side of the roof of my mouth is numb and burning. I went to a neurologist that didn t seem too concerned but is supposed to schedule a MRI because it could be a pinched nerve. What do you think.
