OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

PCOS is common now a days, lifestyle modification, physical activity plays an important role. Weight reduction is necessary. Tab Metformin 500 mg, OC pills for 3 months should be used if there is no significant family history.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. V. Nagasravani, OB & GYN Specialist
