General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to PCOS. To regulate your menstrual cycle, you should use a combination birth control pills. Pills that contain estrogen and progestin decrease androgen production and regulate estrogen. Regulating your hormones can lower the risk of abnormal cycle.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
