Which Tests Should Be Done To Test Children For Food Allergies?

Hello Dr.

Which test should I do to find out if my child is allergic to certain food items etc?
A skin test or a blood test determines it?
I have already got the Ige test done. It has been found that she (9 yrs old) is allergic to milk, egg, tomato, papaya, dust, hibiscus etc. What is the cure ? She is taking tab Montair LC for past 2 months and has been advised to continue the same for another 4 months. We have a family history of allergy and asthma and bronchitis.
