Hello,

You may get it done ECG, CBP, fasting lipid profile, thyroid profile and blood sugar levels etc. Do regular exercise and yoga. Avoid alcohol consumption and smoking. Use green leafy vegetables and fruits. Check your blood pressure regularly. If no improvement please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
