Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The would best be seen by a pediatric psychologist or psychotherapist. If there is a need for medication control after evaluation usually the psychologist can make a recommendation to a psychiatrist. Also a NEUROpsychologist may be of benefit, especially if a neurological substrate or genetic problem can be found that may be due to a neurological syndrome or other condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
