Which Problem Can Be Detected Through Ultrasound Of The Ovaries ?
hello i am a mother of two i am 20 years of age. for the past two years i have been irregular in my periods. i have had numerous of thyroid tests and paps, even anemic tests and std tests every thing seems to be ok. in a couple of days i will be having an ultrasound done on my ovaries. im scared to what the outcome will be. what can be told through ultrasounds? and what is the procedure that will happen afterwards if something bad is found on my ovaries?

Ultrasound study is done to see if the ovaries are polycystic. If that be the case, the gynecologist will prescribe medicines for it.
