i am 23 year old girl...i wanna maintain my figure infact i want size pls suggest gym /aerobics..wqhich will gibve a better result to reduce weight in short span of time

as per my knowledge, aerobic exersises suits for both men and women. even for old age its good. its doesnt cost you money also. i am towards aerobic one.

Being size zero is not good. it has a lot of adverse effects on health. consult your doctor for advise on maintaing health.

Size zero is not healthy, now a days every where is a fashion to get a size zero, but it not good for your health. Instead maintain ideal weight
